To become a HR Assistsant manager on Rites Limited, Candidates must have to full fill following criteria:-

Age Limits:

The Candidate age must be between 10 to 30 years.

Education Qualifiactions:

Candidate who has a Graduation Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or institution with a minimum 50% marks are elegible to apply on this position.

Candidates belonging to UR/EWS category (and candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD applying against unreserved posts) should secure a minimum of 50% marks in the minimum qualification for consideration against unreserved posts.

Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD as applicable) must have at least 45% marks in the minimum qualification for consideration against reserved posts.

The candidate who applied to this position, have to go through 2 stages of selaction process given below:-

Stage-1: Written Test:-

There will be 125 objective questions carrying one mark for 2.5 hours. Negative marking will not apply, and therefore no marks will be deducted for incorrect answers. Candidates belonging to PwBD category are eligible for additional compensatory time of 50 minutes.

A minimum of 50% marks for UR/ EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD as against reserved post) marks in the written test is required to enable the candidate to be considered for further consideration.

At the time of online application, candidates are required to give two choices for the center of their choice for the written test. Although efforts will be made to allocate a center of choice to candidates, RITES reserves the right to allocate a center to a candidate which was not indicated as his or her choice.
