Commissioner of PNRD Assam invites candidates to apply for 1508 contractual posts for the following positions-

1. Accredited Engineer(MGNREGA): 291 posts
2. Gram Rozgar Sahayak(MGNREGA): 464 posts
3. Computer Assistant(MGNREGA): 291 posts
4. Gram Panchayat Coordinator(PMAY-G Finance Commission): 462 posts

PNRD Assam Category Wise Reservation

The details of post reservation for male and female, and category-wise reservation for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC PHs are given below:-

• Women= 30%
• STP= 10%
• STH= 5%
• SC= 7%
• Physically Handicapped (4%-1% for Blind, low vision)= 1%
• Deaf Hearing Impaired= 1%
• Orthopedically & 1% Autism, intellectual disability, mental illness, etc= 1%

PNRD Assam Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to become a PNRD employee:

Language Skills:

The Candidate must be an Indian citizen. The candidate should have good language skills in Assamese, Hindi, and English, as they have to communicate with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India.

PNRD Assam Education Qualifications and Age Limits:

For the different positions, Education Qualifications and Age Limits are different as given below:-

• Accredited Engineer(18 – 40 years): Candidate must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering with a Diploma in Computer Application. Candidates must be well-versed in mobile applications.
• Gram Rozgar Sahayak(18 -40 years): Candidate who has a Graduation Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or institution with a minimum 50% marks. The candidate must have a Diploma in Computer Applications for a period of at least six months, and Candidates must be well-versed in mobile applications.
• Computer Assistant(18 -40 years): Candidate who has a Graduation Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or institution with a minimum 50% marks. The candidate must have a Diploma in Computer Applications for a period of at least six months, and Candidates must be well-versed in mobile applications.
• Gram Panchayat Coordinator(18 -40 years): Candidate who has a Graduation Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or institution with a minimum 50% marks. The candidate must have a Diploma in Computer Applications for a period of at least six months, and Candidates must be well-versed in mobile applications.

Note:- Maximum age relaxation: SC/ST = 5 years, OBC/MOBC = 3 years, PH candidates = 10 years.

PNRD Assam Monthly Salary:

• Accredited Engineer = 18,000/- Monthly
• Gram Rozgar Sahayak = 15,000/- Monthly
• Computer Assistant = 15,000/- Monthly
• Gram Panchayat Coordinator = 15,000 Monthly

PNRD Assam Recruitment Selection Process:

The candidate who applied for PNRD Assam recruitment will be required to appear in a written examination, which will be conducted at various selected centres in the state. As per the permanent address, the examination center will be provided.

There will be two written examinations: Exam Paper-1 is for the posts of Gaon Panchayat Coordinator/Computer Assistant/ Gram Rojgar Sahayak, and Exam Paper-2 is for the post of Accredited Engineer.

The written examination test will be of 75% (OMR-based). There will be 75 questions, and each question will be worth 1 mark. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks per question.

The questions will be divided into five parts-

1. Domain Knowledge
2. Computer Proficiency
3. Logical Reasoning, Aptitude, Comprehension
4. History and Culture of Assam and India, and
5. General knowledge

Based on performance in the written examination, the candidate will be shortlisted for the Viva. There will be a Viva of 25 marks. The total number of finally selected candidates will equal the number of vacancies advertised.

Before applying online, candidates are advised to:

(a) Have a scanned recent passport-size photo with a white background and signature in JPEG format; it should be a maximum of 100 KB.

(b) For age proof, Birth Certificate, HSLC Certificate/Admit Card issued by a recognized Board/Council.

(c) ID Proof (PAN card, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.)

(d) Certificate of qualifying examination as per applicable case.

(e) Caste Certificate

(f) Disability certificate from the competent authority if applying for such category.

Note:- The size of the above scanned document should be 300 KВ.All the selected candidates have to produce their original documents/testimonial before the Selection Committee as and when called for.
